Every phase will have a separate budget section on Master Budget.

"Restoration Partners" indicates all experts who are providing advice.
PHASE ONE
- Secure serial number/visible casting and parts numbers
- Obtain car history.
- Develop restoration plan by tapping experts.
- Source replacement parts.
- Set up inventory/work activity database.
- Identify restoration space
- Purchase and/or acquire tools
PHASE TWO
- Dismantle Speeder
- Document / archive parts
- Photograph 'unseen' parts
- Assess and document noticeable damage to frame/engine/transmission/
cooling system/bearing/electrical wiring
- Provide update to restoration partners
PHASE THREE
- Mount engine on test block
- Visually inspect engine, carburetor, pistons, rings, flywheels
- Check compression
- Lubricate and Run 1st engine test (if compression present)
- Repair engine as needed
- Repair or replace carburetor
- Optional engine acid bath or power wash
- Optional radiator acid bath
- Forced-air dehumidify
- Provide update to restoration partners
PHASE FOUR
- Fix frame (cut/piece/weld or cut/piece/drill/bolt)
- Fix aluminum front, lube
- Replace bearings
- Remove rust
- Paint frame
- Provide update to restoration partners
PHASE FIVE
- Replace floor
- Rebuild, stain, laminate wooden engine box/worker benches
- Replace lift boards
- Provide update to restoration partners
PHASE SIX
- Mount wheels/axles
- Mount engine/carburetor/fuel tank/radiator
- Replace and align belts
- Replace wiring
- Replace batteries
- Re-grease all moving parts
- Engine Test 2
- Provide update to restoration partners
PHASE SEVEN
- Touch up frame paint
- Remount stamped factory plates
- Apply replacement decals
- Measure, cut, fit canvas roof and rear curtain
- Attach headlamp
- Provide update to restoration partners
